BlackBerry is the ideal wireless solution for accessing and processing emails. Understandably, though, many users also want to be able to print this information right from their handheld device. The Content Beamer software solution makes this wish come true!
Content Beamer for BlackBerry makes convenient printing possible in any situation. Via an additional "Printing" option in the usual BlackBerry menu, printing of emails and attachments can easily and securely be started.
The Bluetooth printing function of Content Beamer for BlackBerry makes it possible to print out all emails and email attachments in original format onto almost any printer. The email attachment does not have to be downloaded to be printed out. Instead, the server component of the software sends a highly compressed print job to the handheld. This way, it takes less time to print out the attachment than it would take to download the file.
And to printout even faster, if the layout does not matter and the content is already loaded onto the BlackBerry, as with email text, there is the "Direct Print" option, which sends the unformatted text directly to any HP-compatible printer without going through the server first. Before long, this function will also be available for printing completely offline.
BlackBerry is not just for on the go, but is a valuable tool at the office as well. Content Beamer for BlackBerry is a useful application that makes printing at work simple and fast. It is not only possible to print on all network printers at headquarters but also in branch offices, which do not have their own BlackBerry Enterprise Server. All the BlackBerry user must do is select the printer from a pre-set list on the BlackBerry display.
